Most recently serving as Head of Marketing at WinWin Partners, and previously as Team Lead of LeadGen at N1 Partners, she has played a key role in driving growth, optimizing performance strategies, and strengthening brand positioning within the affiliate space.

Arina began her journey in iGaming in 2019 as a Customer Support Manager at SOFTSWISS, where she developed a deep understanding of player experience and operational processes. From there, she steadily advanced into leadership roles, combining analytical thinking with strategic marketing expertise to deliver measurable results.
