Dinara Pogodina is the CEO of Notix.Games, a Cyprus-based iGaming technology company she has built since its launch in 2023 into an international, multi-vertical business spanning aggregation, game studio, and turnkey platform solutions.

With 18 years of experience in leadership, product, and team management, Dinara combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across product development, operations, and commercial growth.

Under her leadership, Notix.Games has expanded its product ecosystem, built partnerships with tier-1 providers and operators, and strengthened its position in regulated markets. Key milestones include compliance certification for the company’s aggregator platform under GLI-19 requirements and ISMS certification supporting entry into the Spanish market, with further expansion planned beyond Europe.
