Filip Koubek

Filip Koubek is the CEO and co-founder of Match Hype, helping sports and iGaming brands turn live data into scalable, fully branded video content across social, in-app, and editorial formats. Its customers include Tier-1 operators and affiliates, primarily across Europe and in other regions worldwide. In 2024, Match Hype won both the iGB L!VE LaunchPad and the SBC Summit First Pitch. Filip previously co-founded Motionhouse and Motionlab, building deep expertise in dynamic and personalised video production. Named to Forbes (Czechia) 30 Under 30 (2021), Filip is focused on shaping products for the next era of player experiences.
