Tom Przybylowicz is the Founder and CEO of Media&Leads, a company specializing in marketing and eCommerce technologies, as well as programmatic video and display advertising. Since founding the company in 2015, he has worked with clients across industries including FMCG, telecommunications, automotive, media, insurance, and iGaming. In 2023, Media&Leads and OMD won the MIXX Award for their campaign for Renault Poland.
Before launching Media&Leads, Tom founded and led the Polish branch of Httpool (now part of Aleph) and held senior business development and client service roles at Hypermedia ISOBAR. He also served as Sales Director at Nasza Klasa (NK.pl), where he was responsible for B2B revenue, and previously held the position of Sales Director at Interia.pl and worked in advertising sales at Onet.pl.
Tom also contributed to the development of Poland’s digital advertising industry as a member of the IAB Poland Supervisory Board, representing Interia.pl and Nasza Klasa.
