Ayelet Mamo Shay

Ayelet is the Co-Founder and Director of Benefit Business Solutions Ltd, a Gibraltar based business & innovation consultancy firm. She also and serves as the Chairwoman of the Gibraltar-Israel Chamber of Commerce. Having previously served as Head of VIP at BetVictor, Ayelet regularly lectures around the world on the power of the woman, employee relocation and business innovation. In 2021 Ayelet received the Gibraltar Mayor Award, and her continued involvement in the community culminated in the publishing of a series of books called “The Ladies That Rock The Rock” about the life journeys of powerful ladies that have contributed to Gibraltar in many ways. The book has expanded into an annual program called “The Ladies That Rock The Rock Award” in cooperation with the Gibraltar Ministry of Equality recognising female achievements.
