Jordi Sendra

Jordi Sendra leads Alea, the pure-play iGaming aggregator built by operators who knew the industry could work better. Under his leadership, Alea has grown into a full ecosystem, connecting casino operators worldwide to 17,000+ games through a single, financial-grade API, with AleaPay, Alea Sweeps, and Alea Jackpot extending that same partner-first philosophy across payments, sweepstakes, and retention engines.

An engineer by training with an MBA from IESE Business School, Jordi joined Alea as COO in 2021, bringing a data-driven, operationally rigorous mindset to a business built on genuine partnership. He became CEO in 2024, and has since focused on deepening operator relationships and scaling Alea’s global presence without losing what makes the company different: the belief that infrastructure should give operators more control, not less.
