Richard Dennys is CEO of MrGamble, one of Europe’s most recognised iGaming affiliate brands. He brings over two decades of experience building and leading digital businesses across performance marketing, media, and technology — including senior and chief executive roles in affiliate marketing, digital directories, and iGaming.

His career spans both operator and affiliate sides of the industry, with a track record of taking businesses through periods of significant change: rebuilding growth strategies, navigating algorithm shifts, and positioning brands for long-term commercial value rather than short-term traffic arbitrage.

Richard operates with a clear philosophy: the most durable iGaming affiliates will be those that create genuine value for players, not those that out-scale their competitors on content volume. He is a strong advocate for AI-native ways of working — building lean, high-capability teams that use modern tools to move fast without losing quality or judgment.

Alongside his operating role at MrGamble, he works through Free Spirit Partners, an investment and venture-building vehicle focused on profitable digital businesses at the intersection of performance marketing, iGaming affiliation, and AI-adjacent tooling.

Richard is based in Malta.
