Sandro Haro

Sandro Haro is the CEO and Founder of Payboom, a Mexico-based fintech providing pay-ins, payouts and cross-border payments across Latin America.

Born in Spain, Sandro holds degrees in Business Administration and Digital Marketing, and a Master’s in Financial Markets endorsed by EFPA. He moved to Mexico in 2023 to advise a fintech expanding across the region. Seeing firsthand the gap in payment infrastructure for high-growth industries, he founded Payboom, registered with Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).

With a team of 20 people based in Mexico, Payboom obtained its license in 2026 and already operates in Mexico and Colombia, serving gaming operators and high-volume merchants. In 2027, it will expand into Peru, Argentina, Brazil and Central America. Sandro’s goal: to turn Payboom into an acquiring bank before 2030.
